Terms of Sale

The terms that apply when you purchase from DartSight.

These Terms of Sale govern any purchase you make from DartSight. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

1. The Contract

When you place an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

2. Pricing

All prices are shown in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Prices are correct at the time of display. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

3. Payment

Payment is required at the time of ordering. We accept payment via the methods displayed at checkout. All payments are processed securely. We do not store your card details.

4. Delivery

Please refer to our Delivery & Returns page for full details of delivery timescales and costs. We will make every effort to dispatch your order within the stated timeframe, but we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by postal services or circumstances outside our control.

5. Returns and Refunds

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Goods must be returned in their original, unused condition. Please refer to our Delivery & Returns page for the full returns process.

We will issue a refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

6. Faulty Goods

If you receive a product that is damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will offer a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. This does not affect your statutory rights.

7. Digital Content

Access to our online training portal is provided as part of your purchase. This access is personal and non-transferable. We reserve the right to update or modify digital content at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, DartSight’s liability in connection with any purchase shall not exceed the price paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
